Reservations
IS A RESERVATION NECESSARY?
Some shuttle stops are by reservation only, but three do not require advance reservations. Either way, it is a good idea to make a reservation to guarantee your seat on the bus at the time you want to ride. Reservations can be made by calling (877) 433-4775 or by clicking here. Reservations may also be made in person at the Walla Walla Ticket Office – 108 W. Main Street, Walla Walla. Monday through Friday, 11:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Please note – for boarding locations that require advance reservations, the bus will not stop there if there is not an advance reservation scheduled at the time you hope to board.
WHAT IF I PREPAY FOR A RESERVATION, BUT END UP NOT NEEDING TO USE IT? DO I LOSE MY MONEY?
No. There is no charge to change the reservation to an “open” ticket to use at another time within a year from the original date of purchase. Or, you may cancel the reservation with a $5 processing fee.
IF I CANCEL MY RESERVATION AND REQUEST A REFUND, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE CREDITED BACK TO MY CARD? AND, IF I PAID CASH?
Credit card refunds may take up to 10 days from when you canceled before showing in your account. If you paid by cash/check, please provide a current mailing address when canceling and a refund check will be mailed within 10 days.
I WANT TO PAY CASH AT THE BOARDING LOCATION. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes, at a stop that does not require an advance, paid reservation you can pay cash curb side if a seat is available on the trip you wish to travel on. EXACT CHANGE IS REQUIRED. Bills $50 and smaller are accepted.
MY SPOUSE IS IN A WHEELCHAIR. WILL OUR BUS BE ADA ACCESSIBLE?
All Grape Line vehicles are ADA equipped. If you have any questions about your ADA accommodations (i.e. chair/scooter size, weight) please contact Grape Line staff at (509) 529-7442 during office hours.
WHAT ARE THE ADA GUIDELINES REGARDING “PRIORITY SEATING” ON THE VEHICLE?
